TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of car detailing services ("Services") by AB Luxury Detailing ("ABLD"), a car detailing service provider, to its customers ("Customer"). By engaging the Services of ABLD, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1. Booking: Customers must schedule appointments for car detailing services in advance through our website, phone, or email.

1.2. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

2.1. Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 10% surcharge fee.

2.2. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule appointments based on availability and with prior notice.

3. Service Provision:

3.1. Quality of Service: ABLD agrees to provide car detailing services with the highest level of professionalism and skill.

3.2. Materials and Equipment: ABLD will use high-quality materials and equipment for car detailing services.

3.3. Completion Time: ABLD will strive to complete the detailing service within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, the actual time may vary depending on the vehicle's condition and the extent of detailing required.

3.4. Vehicle Handling: Vehicles left with ABLD will not be driven, other than to be moved from the washing area, unless expressly agreed with the Customer.

3.5. Empty Boot: Customers are requested to ensure the boot is empty if they need it to be cleaned during the detailing service.

3.6. Non-Compliant Vehicles: A surcharge of 15% will be added to vehicles that are non-compliant with Term 3.5.

4. Liability:

4.1. Vehicle Condition: While ABLD takes utmost care during the detailing process, it shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear on the vehicle.

4.2. Damage: In the event that any damage occurs to the vehicle during the detailing process due to negligence on the part of ABLD, ABLD's liability shall be limited to the cost of repair of the damaged area.

4.3. Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing any valuable items or personal belongings from the vehicle before the detailing process begins. ABLD shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to such items left in the vehicle.

4.4. Liability Insurance: ABLD maintains liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents arising during the provision of detailing services.

5. Customer Obligations:

5.1. Access: Customers must ensure that ABLD has access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.

5.2. Cooperation: Customers agree to cooperate with ABLD and provide any necessary information regarding the vehicle and its condition.

6. Complaints and Disputes:

6.1. Complaints: Any complaints regarding the quality of service must be reported to ABLD within 24 hours of the completion of the detailing service.

6.2. Disputes: In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms, both parties agree to resolve them amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

7. Late Fee:

7.1. Late Fee: A late fee of 10% will be charged for every hour of delay in vehicle delivery & collection beyond the agreed time.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging our Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

ABLD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Customers will be bound by the Terms in effect at the time of booking their detailing service.
